How we work
Arctic trucks is a very flexible company that will go far to adapt to our clients need of products and the process they prefer.
We have a long experience of working with many different clients, each with their needs for vehicles that can perform special tasks. For that reason we can often deliver a solution out of the box that will suit your need well.
However a usual and well tested process is described below.
1. Discussions and ideas
We meet to discuss your ideas and demands. Further communication can be maintained electronically, but a real-life meeting is crucial to get the right, practical insight into the details and options for modifications.
2. Agreement and contract
We set up an agreement specifying terms and conditions for modifications, delivery and follow-up.
3. Development
Modifications will be developed at our production facilities where we have a state-of-the-art, large capacity production system.
Based on our experiences, we keep the development time, from concept to production of a prototype, to a minimum.
4. Production
Production will be carried out at our facilities.
We can supply new vehicles, or you can bring vehicles that are already in your fleet. We are experts in making midlife upgrades on already existing vehicles. Production time is kept to a minimum. Depending on the degrees of modifications, up to 20 vehicles may be delivered per month.
5. Delivery
We supply documentation and spare parts as requested.
We provide a full warranty for the modifications.
6. Follow-up
We maintain communication for feedback and evaluation. Also, we offer training courses for drivers and on-site training for mechanics.
